Lu Wang is a Professor of Mathematics in Yale University. She earned her B.S. from Peking University in 2006, and a Ph.D. from MIT in 2011. Previously she has held academic positions at the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute at Berkeley, Johns Hopkins University, Imperial College London, University of Wisconsin- Madison, the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton, and Caltech. She is interested in geometric analysis, specifically geometric flows and their applications.
